1 - Which devices can you rent?
We rent IT devices like Notebooks, Workstations, Nas, Tablets, Monitors, projectors, printers and multifunction printers. Please have a look at some of the products we rent:

- PC Workstation - Network devices
- Printers & Multifunctions

2 - What are the average periods to rent IT equipment?
You can rent the devices from 1 day to 6 months. The average duration of the short term rentals is typically 10 days but we also manage rentals up to 6 months.
If you need to rent for longer periods, from 18 to 48 months, take a lock to Long Term Rentals you can ask for a special quotation, highlighting technical characteristics of the IT System you need.
3 - Where is it possible to rent?
What are the terms of delivery?
How much does the delivery cost?
Sdkappa is located in Milan but the rental service is available for customers all over Europe. Here below you may find terms of delivery and collection:
- At our office located in via E. Oldofredi in Milan
- At our customer (if located in Milan or neighboring)
- Via courier (insured shipping)
The expenses for delivery and collection may change due to destination and number/types of the rented devices.
Total amount due for the rental service will be detailed in our offer.
4 - Is it possible to install Office or other software?
Of course! All our devices are configured with Administrator account and the customer can install any software.
If needed, we can install Office MS or any other software, at an additional cost indicated on our offer.
5 - How can I ask for a quotation?

6 - Are the goods insured or do I have to pay for a deposit?
Unfortunately, as the rented goods are not assigned to insurable parties, only for the first collaboration, we usually ask for a deposit in proportion to the value of the leased assets.
The security deposit is fully refunded upon the return of the goods, if they are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered..
Any damage and / or shortages of goods and accessories reported on the collection of the material, will be charged to the customer in the right measure. For accuracy, the total value of goods is determined at the time of conclusion of the contract.
7 - Do I have to sign a rental Agreement?
What are the gurantees requested to the customer?
Yes, if you decide to rent our goods, for yours and our safeguard, we will request you to sign a simple rentals agreement, duly filled out.
8 - When am I supposed to receive my quote?
What will be stated in the quotation?
We guarantee for a feedback in 24 hours from your request (working days). Please note that for particular requests, we would need more time to elaborate our offer.
In the quotation you will find the following information:
- Total price requested for the rental of all goods, for the whole period
- Prices of single additional services (if required) like delivery & collection, on-site technical supervision etc.
- Deadlines and methods of payment accepted to pay the deposit and balance requested for the service
- Fac-simile of the rentals agreement attached
9 - How can I confirm the rentals service?
You only need to get in touch with us and let us know number of the offer you want to confirm.Following your confirmation, we will send you a pro-forma invoice and the rental agreement to be duly signed where required and sent back by email.Once the rentals agreement has been signed, we consider the rentals service confirmed.
The payment must be executed in conjunction with the delivery of the goods or 4-5 days before if executed through bank transfer.
In some cases or particular periods of the year, we require the advanced payment of 30% of the invoice, in order to ensure the availability of the needed equipment for the requested period.
10 - What happens in case of damage, loss or theft of the goods?
As stated in the rentals agreement, the responsibility and care of the leased assets is charged to the customer..
Any cost related to the repair of damaged property or to the repurchase of the goods is against him, even if the damage was caused by a third party.
