Our Wekoo event accreditation software allows you to create or import your guest list, manage your RSVP and have real-time access statistics via a simple web app. We follow you through all the steps, from list uploading to its export. Accreditation can be done by scanning the QR or by name ticking. You will be able to design seating , tables, conference spaces and walkways and assign seats so you can view a map of your event. Wekoo ‘s operational flow includes:
Initial Save the date to anticipate the event and stimulate interest, followed by a personalized email invitation that includes all relevant information. Guests can confirm their participation with a simple click, generating a unique QR code for quick and secure access at the venue. Alternatively, they can also decline the invitation, allowing organizers to update lists in real time.
In the days leading up to the event, the system sends automatic reminders to reduce no-shows and keep attention high. After the event, an invitation to fill out a survey can be sent, which is useful for gathering feedback and improving future editions
Crediting and holographic signature
Accreditation can be done by scanning the QR Code or by nominal tick; and with a simple tap, a new participant can be added! WEKOOcreates a real-time graph, which can also be viewed remotely, with access statistics.
Whether it is a Privacy document or a release, WEKOO allows for graphometric signatures for each of the participants, achieving better completeness in accreditation activities.
In addition, there is a signed document export function for both the individual participant and the entire list.
