Torino 2025 Winter World Games Organizing Committee .
With more than 1,500 athletes, 621 coaches, 3,000 volunteers, and 300,000 spectators, SDKappa secured the rental and complete management of 200 notebooks for results recording, including on-site installation and uninstallation on 4 fields.
The service also included 200 Office licenses, 200 security locks and 5 video projectors, ensuring business continuity and technical support in the field.
Politecnico di Milano – Open Day.
For the graduation presentation day, we supplied and installed 50 55″ TVs with freestanding stands, taking care of transportation, assembly , and subsequent uninstallation at the end of the event.

Enterprise Technologies – Experience Day
ForExperience Day 2025, we took care of the complete installation of 35 40″/55″/65″ TVs and tablets with related floor stands.
The equipment was placed on different booths within the exhibition area, following the instructions provided by the client and ensuring an even and functional distribution for all the interactive stations of the event.
Our intervention included:
- The delivery of the equipment to the customer’s premises
- The mounting of TVs and tablets on dedicated stands
- The correct positioning of the units according to the layout of the stands
- Operational testing and final checks to ensure full operation during the event days
The activity concluded with the commissioning of all stations, ready to be used by Experience Day 2025 participants.
